Frequently Asked Questions

We would like to draw your attention to the following information when staying, or preparing for your stay, at the Tó Wellness Hotel.

• Room prices include the following wellness facilities such as adventure pools, Jacuzzi, Kneipp tread basin, Finnish sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, and fitness room. On Friday and Saturday between 4 pm and 9 pm our Quiet Wellness service (infrared relaxation, light therapy, salt-Jacuzzi, organic sauna and in every two hours (3x) sauna seans in our outdoors Panorama Sauna.
• Room prices include the buffet breakfast and VAT. We reserv e the rith to changes prices upon changes in the rate of VAT.
• Internet access (Wi-Fi and cable) is provided in the entire area of the hotel free of charge. There are lounge chairs both in the indoor and outdoor wellness terrace.
• Check in and check out time is 2 pm and 11 am, respectively. Please notify our hotel in advance if your arrival is expected after 6 pm.
• Bathrobes are available at an extra charge. We are not able to provide bathrobes for children. The fee for changing bathrobes is HUF 1,000 per bathrobe.
• We accept Holiday Checks (Üdülési csekk), provided that it is made out to the person wishing to use our services and such use takes place prior to the expiration date of the check.
• SZÉP Cards are accepted.
• Babies and little children: Please, notify us upon reservation that you will need a baby bed or tub. These are provided free of charge. We also have high chairs in our restaurant. 
• There is an elevator in our hotel, yet not all rooms are served directly.
• There are hairdryers in the bathrooms as well as in the locker rooms of the Wellness Center. 
• Tourism tax (HUF 300/person/night) applicable to everyone between 18 and 70 years of age is payable in the hotel. We reserve the right to change this amount upon changes in the rate of the statutory tourism tax.
• A limited number of dogs are allowed at an extra charge.
• We accept the following cards for payment: Visa, EC/MC, Amex, Maestro.
